Marinated olives, extra virgin olive oil and fresh bread, accompanied by 2009 Tatiarra Cambrian Shiraz (Heathcote, VIC).
Cevapcici - a chargrilled Balkan skinless beef sausages served on Balkan style cabbage salad, freshly sliced Spanish onion and sweet potato crisps.
This dish will be paired with 2008 Grant Burge Filsell Old Vine Shiraz (Barossa, VIC) and 2009 Paradigm Hill "Col's Block" Shiraz (Mornington, VIC)
Certified Porterhouse Steak, chargrilled to your taste and served with savoury roasted potatoes, steamed beans and red wine jus.
