What lies beneath?



There are over 8000 shipwrecks off the coast of Australia, but only one quarter of those have been found. Though rare in these modern times, historically, many have met their watery end in Australian waters.



With approximately 30 wrecks located off the coast, take a journey into the deep with expert diver Michael McFadyen as he guides you through some of his experiences and the history of these wrecks during this fascinating one hour talk at Ryde Library. Who better to get an insight into this hidden underwater world than from someone who has been there and seen it for himself.
