Immerse yourself in an authentic Balinese dining experience with a buffet feast that highlights the best of traditional Indonesian cuisine. Taste your way through an aromatic menu of Balinese duck marinated with aromatic herbs and wrapped in banana leaves, deep-fried chicken with turmeric and galangal crumble, authentic satay wrapped around fresh lemongrass and the intensely flavoursome 'king of curries' beef rendang daging. This is world-class street food with a seriously sophisticated twist!
