Facilities-wise there is everything you could want and need: free wifi, a gym, towels, good showers - they have 5 nozzles that spray the water at you from different directions, which my sister descried as 'sick', not my choice of word, but I gather that means cool. The pool was also medium to large in size, deep and cool, just how I like it. Moving up a few degrees is the very good steam room. It was sweat inducing, which I also think is the right temperature to cleanse your pores and the sauna was like a very hot beech-wood haven: silent, hot, and calm.
The Sheraton is perfect for families or oldies who just want to lie by the pool and relax. It's very much targeted towards an older clientele, like businessmen who want downtime. Equally for families who don't want much fuss would enjoy it; there's a little pool for kids, but not much entertainment - I got a family vibe though.
Teenagers and young, excitable twenty-somethings who are looking to party would be bored stiff. I, however am a happy fat cat who likes nothing more than to laze and slob in the sunshine. Sheraton Hotel, come to Mama.
