In 2006, an inspired group of Chinese artists living overseas came together with the mission of "
reviving 5000 of divinely inspired Chinese culture", which had been all but decimated following 60 years of Communist rule. The astonishing result was
Shen Yun, a New York based company with humble beginnings which rapidly grew to become a global phenomenon.

In 2013 Shen Yun is heading to Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra for a very limited season, offering audiences a chance to experience this spectacular performance. The new 2013 show will feature the Shen Yun orchestra with all-original compositions providing the live musical backdrop for a song and dance extravaganza.
