Located in the heart of Perth's premier entertainment district, boasts some of city's best live music, great pub food, and a fantastic atmosphere. has also won countless awards for responsible service of alcohol, making it one of the friendliest and safest venues around. I have a lot of great things to say about , so I'm going to break up my review into three sections - venue, music and food.

is set up into a number of areas. Firstly, there's the outdoor beer garden which is perfect for kicking back and enjoying a few cold ones with your mates, all while catching some sun.

Next, there's the live music arena. This is where all the action's at. You can catch some of Perth's best live bands and DJ's pumping out the beats here every weekend, all while dancing the night away on the refreshingly spacious dance floor. There's also heaps of tables and seats for you to rest those legs afterwards, and a bar located close by so you can refuel.

If you're a bit of a sports fanatic like me, then you'll be pleased to know you can even watch live sports played on the big screens at the Sport's Bar (click here for upcoming matches).

is also a fantastic place to hold both private and business functions, with over 15 years of experience in hosting functions. There's a number of function areas to suit your needs, from fully private rooms with your own private bar to semi-private areas where you can still be part of the action. What really sets apart from other venues in Northbridge is the amazing live music. Whether you're into rock, pop, dance, electronic or even chilled out acoustic music this place has you covered. features a number of regular bands including Krank, Huge, The Healys and more. The food at is great and is priced very reasonably compared to similar venues in the area. There's heaps on the menu to choose from including burgers, wraps, salads and more. The serving sizes are extremely generous and you certainly get excellent value. I've personally tried the chicken wrap with Swiss cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, aioli and a HUGE side of chips.
