You're going to dance like there's nobody watching
The 'Shazza and Dazza' Bare Foot Ball at Andos on Bardon will be the highlight of Brisbane's gala Australia Day weekend festivities. The Bare Foot Ball is being held to mark the grand opening of Brisbane's newest suburban dining experience, Andos on Bardon. This new restaurant nestled on the leafy banks of Ithaca Creek, Bardon, is the new resident restaurant and catering arm of the historic Bardon Bowls Club, 69 Bowman Parade, Brisbane on Friday, 23 January, 2015 from 6.30pm.
Cost for the evening, which includes all food and entertainment, is $25 per head, but if you pre-pay your tickets or register on Andos on Bardon Facebook's event page you will attract a discount of $5 per person. To ensure you get the discount purchase your wrist band on or before Sunday, 18 January, 2015 at the Bardon Bowls Club from 4.00 pm to 6.00pm Fridays to Sundays starting from the 9 January, 2015.
To register on Facebook please provide your details and those of your companions in the comment section of the Shazza and Dazza event page before Sunday, 18 January, 2015. Once you have registered, you will be able to purchase your wrist bands at the door on the evening of the event, at the discounted $20. Wrist bands can also be purchased at the door on the evening of the event without the discount. A wide selection of your favourite drinks will be available for purchase.
A band will be belting out Aussie classics so you'll be able to dance the night away.
Dress code for the evening is black tie and thongs for the blokes, (boardies optional) while the Shelias should be done up in a frock and matching thongs (ladies, we're talking footwear here). Less formal attire is also OK; in fact, dress up so you're comfortable.
For all enquiries you can phone Ando on 0477 835 393, or 07 3366 2981 or email him at email@example.com.
Once you've recovered from the Ball you'll be able to come on back and enjoy Andos on Bardon's combination of classic bistro, modern Asian and Australian cuisine, headed up by resident chef Pero, who will tantalise you with his specialist desserts.
