A love story for the 21st century, it explores the complex relationship between authors and their adoring fans, the tensions between old and new literature, old and new love. It delves into the complexities of love and relationships in the digital age and the Gen X - Gen Y divide.

At a rural writer's retreat and trapped in a snowstorm, serious writer turned professor Olivia, goes about writing her second novel. In from the snow walks Ethan, a brash, handsome, highly successful Gen-Y blogger with ambitions of literary legitimacy.

Charmed by his obvious good looks and seemingly poetic soul, Olivia succumbs to the pull of love and romance. Can love really bloom between an old-school book lover and a man whose publicity-generating exaggerated tell-all memoir "Sex with Strangers" chronicles his rambunctious sex-ploits on an internet blog?

First staged by Chicago's Steppenwolf theatre in 2011, and more recently at the Sydney Theatre Company and off-Broadway, this is story telling at its best. How far will they go to get what they want?
