"Sometimes girls want to be in an environment where they can be honest and lay it out on the table without fear of judgment or having someone talk behind their back after they've put it all on the table to their closest friends– which if we're being honest, is generally what many females do."
Megan works with women in private, intimate environments of 20 or less and encourages honest, open and transparent conversations over fantastic nibbles with wines to match, covering topics such as:
Dating, love and relationships
Sex and getting what you want in the bedroom
What he wants VS what you want
Being honest in your relationship, in all areas
The ex – is it really a good idea to keep them around or go back?
The big 'O' – getting it and NOT faking it!
When these women are in an environment without concern regarding what they say in front of those they think might judge them, they become really relaxed and honest. Additionally, they tend to open up and relax more with a drink in hand, and who can blame them? Talking honestly and openly about relationships, sexual and personal concerns can be daunting. Doing it in an environment where women are also sharing their concerns encourages these ladies to open up, and I can testify that they do!"
Megan also believes the reason that these workshops are so successful is because women know they're all on the same playing field.
"Sometimes when we talk to our closest friends about our problems, they end up going home and relaying the conversations to their partners, flat mates or friends. Whilst there is no malicious intent in this, it's nice to know that when these ladies come in and share their questions/concerns, they're going to get honest and untainted responses not only from me but from those who are sharing in their concerns without worry."
The half day workshops are held over three hours on a late afternoon in a variety of locations across Australia. Attendees leave these sessions feeling assured in their feelings and decisions, having a better understanding of themselves, their partners and simply having many questions answered they may have been afraid to ask.
