I am thinking about breakfast tomorrow - Seven:am?
Opens early enough for me to head there after a 6am gym session. Food is fresh and fantastic and the coffee is one of the best in Melbourne. Service is friendly and you can tell they actually care; whether it's about you or them or the food or the coffee - doesn't matter, the vibe is good.

I have sat out the front many a time on a tolix chair with my two little jack russell puppies and there is also a rear courtyard that I am yet to explore (but very keen too).

On warmer days, sitting on the street front is great for people watching and catching some rays and when it is cold and grey, the indoor area is oh so warm and cosy and I love being there so much, I often don't want to leave.

I have tried many of the breakfast dishes and all have been great so far - especially love the avocado "smash" with poached egg, the chill eggs with the house made chilli jam and the filling yet non guilty Bay Street Bake; baked eggs, feta and beans in a hot pot. Yum, yum yum!

And let me not forget the free Wi-Fi, very handy if you need to get out of the house/apartment/office and browse the net with a delicious cup of coffee.

I did this last week with my girlfriend while we looked at hotels in Vegas and Miami. Hours later, where had the day gone?

This is currently one of my favourite breakfast and coffee spots.
