Elmo's Potty Time

This DVD is filled with lots of familiar characters, stories, catchy and very dance-worthy songs which teach viewers about the importance of being able to use the potty and wear "big-kid" underwear, as well as the proper way to go about it, including using toilet paper and washing your hands with soap and water afterwards.

There is a very important message that accidents can sometimes happen, especially when you start using the potty, but that is okay as long as you try to get there on time. The message that everyone learns to use the potty in their own way, and in their own time, is also very well enforced throughout the entire film.

The stories in which we get to see Elmo and some of his friends as adorable babies and toddlers while learning to use the potty, are very relateable and encouraging to small children. Plus there is a lot of interesting content for parents as well, apart from some of the songs and stories being very cute and somewhat giggle-worthy, they also teach their viewers about all the different ways you can say you need to "go", as well as how toilet paper is made.

Even as an adult, I had no idea how toilet paper was made, until I watched this DVD, and let me tell you, it is quite a process!

Sesame Street Presents: Elmo's Potty Time, is available in a host of different language at all good DVD retailers, and is a valuable educational tool for your children which you will not regret purchasing.
