A musical champagne brunch
The Perth Chamber Orchestra will be performing their next concert in the middle of the day. This break from their usual format is for those who prefer a day concert compared to the usual evening format.
The venue is the magnificent ballroom of Government House, where on 30 July you will be treated to mix of music including a movement from Tchaikovsky, his stunning Serenade.
The program is woven together with stories being hosted by WA journalist Ros Appleby. There will also be life drawings by local artist Ben Brennan of WAAPA ballerinas to help bring the magic of the music to life.
Doors open at 10.00am. The concert begins at 11.00am until 1.00pm with a break. The cost of $75 includes a glass of champagne on arrival and two small plates of food. If you prefer the premium reserved seating in the front rows it is $95 per seat.
These concerts are part of the heritage series that Perth Chamber Orchestra has been performing at different venues over the last year. As these concerts are very popular, it is recommended to book your tickets early.
