Looking for something different to do this Valentine's Day weekend? Fancy lolling about and taking advantage of long summer evenings? Then head to The Gurdies Winery, on Saturday 15th February 2014 for the 4th Annual
which is presented by the Bass Valley Music Festival.
From 4.30pm till 8.30pm be amazed by the line-up of talented artists. The MC for the evening will be John O'May and the producer is David Rogers-Smith.
Performers will include Lisa-Marie Parker, Theresa Borg and Anton Berezin with opening acts by Lucy Najm and Kate Amos. The Rising Stars program will include acts by Newhaven College Boys Vocal Group, Josh Hooke, Mitchell Sanders, Tom Green, Natasha Eastman-Nagle and Maria-Rose Gatto with vocalists accompanied by Kirk Skinner on the piano and Mitchell Gin on violin. Pack a picnic dinner, or purchase food at the various stalls provided. There will be crepes, wood fired pizza, paella, and there will be coffee and boutique wines available for purchase from The Gurdies Winery, The Gippsland Wine Company and the Bass Valley Estate Winery. Grab a picnic blanket and some chairs and come along to a great night out.

Gates will open for the event at 3.30pm. Please note that this is a no smoking event and umbrellas are not permitted.

Proceeds provide mini music education grants to local young performers in addition to donations to the Bass Coast Community Foundation. The event is aimed at giving young people in the community the opportunity to perform live and alongside established performers.
