Fun things to do on the school holidays
The School Holidays are almost here once again, running from Saturday 27th September, 2014 to Sunday 12th October, 2014, and as always local shopping centres have an assortment of free activities organised to keep the kids busy, entertained and happy.

Check out some of these fun, free options.

Bring the kids along to the Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre and have fun at the free Disney's Fire, Planes & Rescue Kids Activity Zone, from Monday 29th September through to Saturday 4th October, 2014, between 11am and 2pm daily. Kids can try Paper Plane Making and Decorating, Fire and Rescue interactive bowling game, PlayStation Interactive Area, or Disney Planes airport tarmac remote control track. Kids will receive an exclusive gift to take home.

The Karrinyup Shopping Centre presents The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this school holidays. Bring the kids along for some fun, free, Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtles themed craft activities. Craft sessions will run from Monday 29th September, until Friday 3rd October, 2014, between 10am and 4pm each day, (11am till 5pm on Monday).

See Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, live on stage, plus kids have the chance to meet and greet their favourite Ninja Turtles. The live show will be on at 9.30am and 11.30am each day (11.30am and 1.30pm on Sunday), from Monday 6th October until Sunday 12th October, 2014. Meet and Greet sessions will be held at 10.30am daily, (12.30pm on Sunday).

The Lakes Shopping Centre in Southlakes, Springs Shopping Centre in Beechboro, the Alexander Heights Shopping Centre in Alexander Heights, and the Parks Shopping Centre in Bunbury, all have lots of Free School Holiday Activities planned between 10am and 1pm daily.

Offering different activities every day, there's something to keep kids of all ages happy and busy. Have a go at making ceramic keepsakes, magnets and sun catchers, have fun with face painting or get ready for Halloween with a wide range of fun craft activities.

Disney's Fire, Planes & Rescue Kids Activity Zone, will be at the Westfield Whitford Shopping Centre, from Monday 6th October to Friday 10th October, 2014, between 11am and 2pm daily. Kids can try Paper Plane Making and Decorating, Fire and Rescue interactive bowling game, PlayStation Interactive Area, or Disney Planes airport tarmac remote control track. Kids will receive an exclusive gift to take home.

Take the kids along to the Garden City Shopping Centre in Booragoon, from Saturday 27th September to Sunday 12th October, 2014, and have fun with Dinosaurs Return. See these giant sized prehistoric beasts come alive once again. These prehistoric adventures are available from 10am to 4pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. Young explorers are invited to become paleontologists, and hunt for prehistoric remains and fossilised eggs. Entrance is free, but a gold coin donation to Edmund Rice Camps WA is welcome.

Visit the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, in Clarkson, for lots of free fun this school holidays. Kids can take part in the Spring Creative Workshops, from Monday 29th September until Saturday 11th October, 2014, between 11am and 2pm each day. Week one has 'Create a Portrait of Spring', where kids can make Button and Beads Butterflies, a Bumble Bee Collage and Lady Bug plates. Week two workshop, 'Create a Spring Pot Plant', gives kids the chance to decorate a plant pot then plant a seedling, to take home and take care of.
