Turn your selfie into a work of art
Coromandel Community Centre is reinventing the 'selfie' with this exciting one-off workshop which encourages youngsters to put an artistic slant on their selfie.

Creative selfies

Alternative lighting, interesting angles and different props can all give your selfie the creative edge.

Run as part of National Youth Week, experienced and dynamic young artist
Steph Fuller will encourage and guide young people through the digital art process.

This year's National Young Week's theme is 'It Starts with Us', and this is a great way to get involved the largest celebration of young people in Australia. .

The workshop is aimed at 10 to 18 years and is being held on Sunday, 12th April, 1 - 4pm at the Coromandel Community Centre, Coromandel Valley - and depending on the artists' visions, it may extend to Weymouth Oval!

Participants will need to bring their own iPad, camera, smart phone or iPod - and don't forget the cords to download images.

One image will be selected and framed for display
in a local business and/or gallery.

The Cost is FREE but bookings are essential as spaces are limited - call 8370 6680 to make your booking.
