The secret vegetarian bazaar is up and on again this upcoming Sunday 7th July 2013! All stands will start selling from 11am to 3pm, with main dishes that are no more than $8! There will be plenty of desserts and traditional Indonesian delicacies to entertain happy crowds.

Held once to twice every year, this secret vegetarian bazaar promotes yummy vegetarian lifestyle and showcases creative traditional Indonesian cuisine made by members of Au Guang Maitreya community.

Ideally, a $10 note will get us one main dish (lots of choices ranging from Hainanese Rice, Chicken Egg Noodles, Indonesian Traditional Village Porridge, Palembang Fish Cakes to their popular 3 Choices) and a set of dim sum or dessert.









So mark the date at your fridge, bring your family or come with friends and have a great time enjoying this fun food fiesta.









Main menu ($8):
Nasi Hainan / Hainanese Rice served with vegetarian pork and mock duck
Nasi Kuning / Yellow fragrance rice served with potato fritter and various dishes
Nasi Tomat / Tomato rice with crispy seaweed and various dishes
Mie Pangsit / Steam Egg Noodle served with vegetarian deep fried dumplings
Lontong Sate / Indonesian traditional rice cake with satays in peanut sauce
Bubur Abang Abang / Authentic Traditional Indonesian Village Porridge
Pempek / Palembang traditional vegetarian fish cake
3 Choices with steam rice (great way to sample various rare vegetarian dishes)
