Lime&Tonic Melbourne invite you to enjoy an exclusive dining experience at a secret location on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD, on Friday 19th August, 2016.
The exact location of this culinary experience will be disclosed to guests 24 hours before the event.
This unique dining event will commence at 6.30pm and feature the participation of Daniel Tonin, the undisputed Pasta King of Melbourne, together with Melbourne's most talented chefs, including Daniel Giraldo, Head Chef of hatted restaurant, Maha.
The night will begin by making new friends whilst enjoying Prosecco and canapés in a secret gallery space.
Then you will head to a private dining room, where you will indulge in Western Australia's finest truffles in a specially created five-course Italian menu designed to highlight this rich and velvety treasure, aptly known as 'black gold'.
Add matched Italian wines from the King Valley's award-winning Chrismont Winery in Victoria's beautiful Northeast, and you have the recipe for a night of relaxed indulgence.
