Melbourne is growing and changing rapidly. New suburbs are being built, and others have changed their boundaries and names. Some suburbs remain hidden due to their geography or distance, and others act as a peaceful enclave for lucky residents. It's time to uncover the Top 5 hidden gems of Melbourne.

Kalorama

Kalorama is 35 kilometres east. It is the site of a famous lookout point named "Five Ways" which overlooks the Silvan Reservoir.

Clematis

Clematis is 42 kilometres south-east of the CBD. It is a quaint and charming suburb, and has a fire station, pub, railway station, and a few small stores.

Waterways

Waterways is a suburb east of Mordiallic. There are wetlands and a lake that acts as a filtration system for water flowing from the Dandenong and Mordialloc Creeks.



Aberfeldie

Aberfeldie is a suburb 9 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. It has an abundance of parks, sporting facilities, and sits next to the Maribyrnong River.
