The Arthouse Hotel is a unique space in the heart of Sydney's CBD on Pitt St. Its first incarnation was as an Art School in the 1800's. The charming Attic Bar was a men's smoking and chess room back then, so it's a fitting host today to the smashing new, cheeky burlesque night known as The Secret Hideway by Red Velvet Road Productions .
The Secret Hideaway sold out during their debut show in April, so this is one burlesque night not to miss.



Get ready for a night of dazzling entertainment, complete with burlesque, sideshow, sequins, feathers, and of course lots of laughs, featuring Sydney and Australia's hottest burlesque stars.

Memphis Mae will be headlining The Secret Hideaway's June addition. Memphis is the reigning Miss Burlesque NSW, and is co producer of Per-verse Productions, which produces the award winning Mr. Falcon's Burlesque.

Memphis' glamorous style is described as, "retro rock goddess meets 1950's Stepford wife and you'll only just begin to scrape the surface of what Memphis Mae has to offer."

We can't wait to see what Memphis will come up with for the Secret Hideway.

Riff raff and general hoohah by Rebelle Velveteen and Ginger Foxx , who may or may not perform for you...
Lord Hawkins is set to hit the stage with a theatrical burlesque performance and contact illusion. He is a highly experienced circus performer who has dedicated his life to vaudeville and entertainment, with his most recent performance at the Lady Luck Festival in Katoomba. Lord Hawkins is sure to conjure up a marvellous and intriguing act for the Secret Hideaway.



Hannie Raegan is another burlesque sensation to keep your eyes out for. Hannie burst onto the burlesque scene in 2012 full of confidence, sass and wit. She has performed at The Peel, Red Light Confidential, Supermarine Thursdays to name a few, and was accepted into the Australian Burlesque Festival's Baby Bombshells Competition in 2013. She is the creative director of the incredible Poe Burlesque Theatre. Hannie is "described as a modern day Fanny Brice with one hell of a sassy edge...Hannie Raegan will dazzle, delight...and never disappoint!"



Miss Maple Rose is a Canadian beauty not to be missed at The Secret Hideway. Miss Maple Rose evokes the old world glamour of Hollywood. She is a well known performer in the Sydney Burlesque scene, and most recently performed in the Australian Burlesque Festival, winning runner up for Burlesque Idol. With a background in ballet, professional costume and set design, Miss Maple Rose creates breathtakingly beautiful original routines and never fails to impress.



Hooping Harlet is another Sydney favourite. The Hooping Harlet fuses dance, circus and burlesque. Seeing her sensational hips, legs and arms simultaneously hooping is something to behold. You'll be left with a smile on your face with the Hooping Harlet's hula hoop fun.


Ginger Meadows is an up and coming burlesque vixen that has legs that go on for days. Having performed at The Peel and various burlesque nights around Sydney, Ginger has mastered the bump and grind, and is sure to steal your heart with her fiery performance.



Bonnie Petit is the next lovely lass to grace the Secret Hideaway stage. Having started burlesque in Sydney and cut her burlesque chops in Dublin, Ireland, Bonnie knows how to get the crowd going. Bonnie's performances evoke an old world charm and glamour with a saucy splash on the side.



Your MC and singing sensation Mae de la Rue will be back with her sharp wit, telling secrets about the cast and supported by the vivacious co producer of Red Velvet Productions, Rebelle Velveteen, and stunning Ginger Foxx the June Secret Hideaway is going to be one to remember.
