Impromptu adventuring, exploring our backyard and then putting pen to paper, hoping to entice you to try one, if not all, of our escapades, is my true reward!

What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Image: Martin Schmidt via Troubadour Wagons FB
What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Proudly hosted by Troubadour Wagons, the Secret Garden and Riverside Vibes Micro Music Events are modern day adaptations of old-worlde touring artists, that are held on either the first or the third Sunday, every month.
Influenced by 13th-century travelling artists, poets and players, Troubadour Wagons is a present-day tailoring of the medieval style event venue, a travelling bespoke venue available for hire for micro festivals, events, weddings and celebrations. The very innovative concept to rekindle the age-old tradition of a mobile entertainment venue was very cleverly developed in response to Covid and the restrictions imposed on indoor arts and cultural venues.
The Troubadour Wagons - there are two of them, Luna and Romi - come complete with recycled wooden bollards and spectacular bunting and entry arch, all designed with the '
wow' factor in mind, when welcoming audiences at each and every unique open air space. Read more about these two beauties
in this link and find out how to
hire them for your next special celebration or music event.
🎼 What's happening, when is it happening and who are the must-see entertainers?

ALIVAN BLU are an Australian Coastal/Indie folk duo from a small surf town on the far north coast of NSW. First starting their journey together as a couple, Anna Stanton and Jed Billington, have travelled and surfed up and down the east coast of Australia. Drawing from their experiences of travel in remote areas of Indonesia, India and the UK, and growing up with the ocean at their front door, the ALIVAN BLU duo's acoustic guitars and their earthly blend of warm harmonies will elicit a desire for warm summer nights at the ocean or an adventure into the wild.

Remembered for their heartfelt and entrancing performances, Sunshine Coast's very own born and bred Indie-folk duo
JC & THE TREE, are a music sensation not to miss. Serenading their audiences with beautiful original indie-folk tunes,
JC & THE TREE also like to push boundaries, taking audiences on a journey through various genres where gypsy, Spanish violin pieces, folk and metal songs, funky wah-wah violin grooves and of course, soulful piano ballads are on the menu. Lead singer, Jesse, not only creates beautiful music but has also created his own guitar, with the long-term objective of making or using only locally produced and ethical products. How awesome is that!
