Lime&Tonic Melbourne invite you to enjoy an exclusive and unique dining experience in a secret Melbourne location on Sunday, 30th October 2016.
This event follows their sold-out Secret Dinner Party with the award-winning IDES last year, which was a smashing success. Once again, Lime&Tonic Melbourne are mixing things up and holding their next event in collaboration with their One Day Sunday event, which completely changes the IDES restaurant dining experience for one day only.
But where will it be? An art gallery perhaps, or a basement car park?
The exact location of this secret culinary adventure will be revealed to guests when they arrive at IDES and places are strictly limited.
This special event is hosted by talented and creative Chef Peter Gunn of IDES, which was recently awarded 1 Chef's Hat at The Age Good Food Guide Awards for 2017.
Commencing at 6pm, guests will enjoy cocktails and canapes on arrival at IDES, followed a five-course dinner at the secret pop up venue, with each course expertly paired with wines. The menu for the evening will showcase local produce, technique and flavour – offering a balance between fine and spontaneous food. Vegetarian options are available and specific dietary requirements can be catered for.
Guests will also enjoy live music to top off the night.
