Second home in Brougham Street in leafy Eltham is tucked away in a very unlikely industrial, semi-residential street. The building is an Alister Knox built warehouse with high exposed beams and huge industrial windows. Olive trees grow inside and in the outdoor courtyard.
It used to be The Lighting Lab, an art gallery before new owners transformed it into the popular award winning cafe.
