Awesome hotel in the heart of Manly
If you are looking for accommodation that has everything, then look no further than The Sebel Manly. Centrally located in one of Sydney's most popular suburbs, The Sebel is an exceptional property. Stunning views, walking distance to all Manly attractions and right on the beach. It really does not get much better than that.

I had an opportunity to visit recently and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were modern, larger than I expected and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Despite being in the heart of Manly, the room was quiet and very comfortable.

The hotel has 83 rooms spread over two towers – North and South. The South Tower includes Superior rooms, which overlook Manly district, have a private balcony and either queen or twin beds. Spacious Family rooms are also available in the South Tower and feature a separate bedroom with twin beds and queen sized bed in the main room.

The North Tower looks across Manly and offers Deluxe rooms and one bedroom apartments with kitchenette facilities and separate lounge area.

Ocean View Rooms have an extra large lounge space and feature stunning ocean views. Ocean view 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments are also available and many have a spa bath as well as a kitchenette and laundry facilities.

All hotel rooms include private balconies, work desks, LCD TV with cable channels, broadband connection, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar.

Even though it is located right on the beach, The Sebel Hotel has 2 swimming pools, sauna and a spa as well as a restaurant and bar, situated downstairs.

Manly Wine restaurant offers casual dining with beautiful ocean view and eclectic décor. The privately owned restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 7am – 11am for breakfast and for lunch and dinner from 12noon till 1.30pm. On Sundays it is open from 7am – 11am for breakfast and for lunch and dinner from 12pm to 10pm. Visit the Manly Wine website and check out their delicious menus.

The hotel is also well set up for those in wheelchairs. A special lift is located at the front of the hotel, which allows visitors easy access to the front foyer. Wheelchair accessible rooms are extra spacious and provide special shower facilities.

The staff are very accommodating and will go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Parking is available for hotel guests or you can easily travel by bus or ferry from Manly Wharf, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

As Manly and its surrounding areas have so much to offer, I recommend booking in for at least a week, and even longer if you are able to.

Some of Manly attractions include:

Stunning beaches
Manly Beach, Manly Cove, Little Manly Beach , Shelly Beach

Lovely parks and reserves
Little Manly Point Park, Manly Lagoon Reserve

Awesome attractions
Manly Water Works, Manly Sea Life Sanctuary

If you enjoy exercise, then you will find plenty to do:

Go for a walk along Manly Beach promenade or run in the sand for a big workout.

Hire a bike and book a guided tour or simply grab a map and ride around to discover new places

Get out on the water with a kayak, which you can also hire
Learn to surf in Manly's surf school

Go snorkelling or scuba diving at one of the sheltered beaches

Rollerblade, Scooter or Skateboard your way around

These are just some of the activities you can enjoy while staying in Manly. There is plenty more to do and if you choose to stay at The Sebel hotel, the staff will happily organise tours and maps for you.
