School holiday music and storytelling in NewActon
The Nishi building is an award-winning, environmentally friendly building in the NewActon Precinct, just a few minutes from the CBD. Inside the building is the impressive "Grand Stair", which has become an ideal place to sit and watch concerts due to its high ceilings and beautiful acoustics. On 11th July, in the ACT school holidays, the Canberra Symphony Orchestra returns to NewActon for another installment of the popular Kids' Cushion Concert series.

Join the CSO Wind Quintet led by Megan Pampling, and narrator Duncan Driver, for a fun morning of live music and storytelling featuring tales such as The Adventures of Sebastian the Fox.

This performance is ideally suited to 3 - 8 years olds. Please bring a cushion for them to sit on.

Cost: $10 children, free for adults. Bookings essential.
