The town of Frankston in Victoria is an outer suburb of Melbourne located north of the Mornington Peninsula. Since the 1880s, Frankston has become a popular seaside destination. It is regarded as one of the cleanest and is home to the largest exhibitions of sand sculpturing in the Southern Hemisphere.
