Who doesn't love Perth summers and the fantastic events we have on offer here! Beach, fun, warm summer nights, picnics on the beach, concerts and festivals are all part of our Perth summers and The City of Stirling are commemorating 10 fun years of bringing to the community free and affordable events with 2018's Summerset Arts Festival .

The Launch of this Festival is with a free community event the – . This is one event you won't want to miss and what a great way to spend time with family and friends down at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre.

Come and enjoy the atmosphere and bring along a picnic dinner or grab a drink or meal at one of Scarborough's many beachside restaurants and bars. Not only will you be given natures show of our famous sunsets you will enjoy the amazing show from some very talented artists.

There are the sounds of international jazz harpist, Michelle Smith, and the trance-inducing mermaids to enjoy and some incredible aerial acrobats as well as the enchanting lolly pop lyras. Not only will the kids love this I'm sure the adults certainly will too! This will be a fun family friendly evening at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre so put it in the diary.

Do note this is a family friendly, alcohol and smoke free event.
Parking is limited so it is suggested to use public transport, ride, walk or even carpool with friends. For information on parking please check the Summerset Arts Festival FAQ for details and the Transperth website .
