can be found on Schooner Road, just past Moana Primary School. If you're looking for a place to practice your serves, or just to hit a few balls with a friend, then try out the Seaford courts.
Tennis is a great game for everyone to play, it can be played both for recreation and a sport. Regardless of your fitness level, you can play tennis at a pace that suits you and those you are playing with. You can get fit with tennis, without having to worry about some of the injuries of contact and impact sports.
The Seaford courts feature two tennis courts, free to the public. Anyone is able to use the courts, and you can turn up at anytime and play a game, as long as they are empty. The only restrictions that apply to the tennis courts are if there are others waiting. If others are waiting then you must keep games to a 30 minute maximum, but if the courts are free you can play to your hearts content.
If you want to improve your game, but need some stronger foundations, then head over to the
Tennis SA website and find a coach to help you with the finer points of tennis. If you don't have the equipment needed to play, then head to the nearby Seaford Library and use their sport equipment hire services to get yourself some rackets.
