Get ready Adelaide, come for some of the best seafood in the world at Seafood Sounds Festival! Many activities are offered at Adelaide Central Market from 13th October to 14th October.
Expect to see free cooking demonstrations by some of Adelaide's best chefs includes Adam Liaw, Justin Harman, and Heather Day, sample some of the best local seafood with chilli crab pop-up, roving oyster shuckers, sip drinks at gin and bubbles bar, and more! Happening this Friday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Market Tower, Adam Liaw will host a seafood masterclass in the historic Market Tower. The 'Destination Flavour' presenter, author and MasterChef winner will share some of his favourite recipes using fresh local seafood.
Ticket holders get to enjoy a glass of bubbly and freshly shucked oysters on arrival, gin tasting with Kangaroo Island Spirits, and try three delicious seafood dishes prepared by the chef. Limited seats are available, book your ticket here for only $85.

Learn More About Gin With Kangaroo Island Spirits This is an event a gin lover should not be missed! The team behind Kangaroo Island Spirits will share their experience being a pioneer in utilising native plants and becoming Australia's best gin for two consecutive years in 2016 and 2017. It's also South Australia's first boutique distillery. You'll learn how to pair up amazing local gin with amazing local seafood.
Gin Masterclass with Kangaroo Island Spirits will be held on Saturday from 1pm to 2pm at Gouger St Dining. Tickets can be purchased online for only $45.

Visitors could listen to the live jazz and blues music performed by local talents such as Kaurna Cronin, Lou Blackwell Quartet, Sasha March, Bonfire Blues, Fleurieu Bluesbreakers, Louis Donnarumma, and Bird Lives. Catch their performances on Friday from 12 noon to 8.30pm and on Saturday from 10am to 2pm at Gouger St dining.

Enjoy A Plate Of Yummy Chilli Crab You'll be greeted with a bib, crab cracker and a steaming plate of Asian style chilli crab at Cappo's shopfront. The dish prepared by the team from Sprout Cooking uses local blue swimmer crabs and freshest local ingredients from the market. Beers and wines are available.
Chilli Crab Pop-Up will be held on Friday for lunch between 12 to 2.30pm and dinner between 5pm to 8.30pm, and on Saturday from 11am to 2.30pm. Get your ticket here for only $15 per serving.
