South Australia has some of the best seafood in the world, so why not come out and immerse yourself in a weekend of great seafood. There will be limited edition seafood dishes, local wine and gin and cooking demonstrations with all of it washed down with a healthy dose of great live music.
You could be forgiven for thinking it just doesn't get any better than that, however, hold onto your hats, the Chilli Crab Shack is back! Grab a crab bib and some crackers and indulge in South Australian blue swimmer crabs with an Asian style spicy chilli tamarind sauce, egg noodles, Thai herbs and lime.
Located at 44-60 Gouger Street, Adelaide the Adelaide Central Market is South Australia's premier fresh food market. Seafood and Sounds commences on Friday 13 September 2019 at 10 am and concludes on Saturday 14 September 2019 at 2 pm.
There will be so much great seafood on offer throughout the event, but if you have your heart and hunger set on a fantastic serving of chilli crab, you can either take a chance or pre-order. Chilli crab is available from 11 am to 8 pm on Friday or 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Cost is $22 per serve. When ordering, place the time you want to pick up in the additional comments section. Preorders will close at 4 pm on Thursday 12 September 2019. You will need to provide your ticket when collecting your order, which will be prepared fresh at the time.

Parking at the Adelaide Central Market is easy with over 1,000 parking spaces available in the UPark Central Market located directly above and easily accessible from Gouger or Grote Street. Your first hour of parking is free during market trading hours between Tuesday and Saturday. Check the website for fees at other times.
