An evening of seafood
Western Australians love seafood, but preparing it at home can be bit daunting. Take the mystery out of cooking seafood with a Seafood Masterclass. The interesting and informative Seafood Masterclass session will be held at the Taste Budds Cooking Studio, in Highgate, on Tuesday 29th April, 2014, from 6.30pm.
Learn some seafood culinary skills and cooking knowledge that you can use at home, making restaurant quality seafood dishes to impress your family and friends.
This masterclass session will last for approximately two and a half hours. During this time you will learn all about seafood including how to buy it, how to prepare it and how to cook it. Join seafood specialist Josh Catalano and chef Pete Manifis as they take you through the entire process of preparing quality seafood dishes in your own home. Josh and Pete will show you a few tricks-of-the-trade, following each seafood step, with the delicious finished products being served up for you to taste.
The Seafood Masterclass at Taste Budds Cooking Studio will cost $90.00 per person. Places are limited so bookings are recommended and can be made on-line or by phoning 0415 365 395.
The Taste Budds Cooking Studio, located in Highgate, is a haven for all things food and cooking. Cooking classes are run by Sophie Budd and her very talented team, they are hands-on and loads of fun for all ages.
