Sea Shepherd fundraiser evening
Sea Shepherd Australia is a non-profit conservation organisation that aims to protect oceanic wildlife, from its species to ecosystems. The organization is in the midst of conducting their annual fundraiser in support of the upcoming Antarctic anti-whaling campaign over 2014 and 2015.

The fundraiser has Seas Shepherd travelling around Australia and New Zealand on a 10 date tour. This Friday, the fundraising tour comes to Sydney's Bondi Beach. On Friday, November 14th, Bondi Pavilion's High Tide Room will host the event from 7pm. The MC for the evening is Tom WIlliams, co-host of The Daily Edition on Channel 7.The event boasts an evening with auctions, raffles, door prizes, canapés, drinks, live music by bluegrass band The Green Mohair Suits and didgeridoo and guitar musician Josh Watkins, entertainment from Irish comedian Danny O'Toole, and a presentation by the special guest Captain Peter Hammarstedt of Sea Shepherd's Bob Barker vessel. There will also be Sea Shepherd merchandise available at the event.

Tickets for the fundraising event are priced at $65 and available online only at the following link www.seashepherd.org.au/defenders2014. Children are welcome at the event but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The tour is yet to stop at Perth on this coming Sunday, Hobart next Thursday, Adelaide and Melbourne next weekend, and New Zealand the weekend after.
