The Mission to Seafarers at
717 Flinders Street, Docklands with a couple of sizzling events. Operating from a heritage-listed building, the MtSV (Mission to Seafarers Victoria) provides a friendly face and sense of community to thousands of seafarers who visit the Port of Melbourne. The venue is open daily to the public from 12 noon. Visitors are encouraged to take a self-guided tour through the building's collection of stories of Melbourne's maritime history, and to explore the Norla Dome, learn the history of the Chapel, peak inside long-lost nooks and discover the hidden garden and courtyard. Recently renovated, its enchanting design makes it a unique venue for functions and events of all styles and sizes, with full bar facilities, a beer garden and a commercial kitchen.

Sausage Sizzle Sundays from
Sunday 15 January onwards to Sunday 26 March from 1-4pm. Hop down with a group of your favourite people and catch up over a cold beer or a glass of wine from the new drinks list. This is the real deal with real meat here from Queen Vic Market. Hot off the BBQ enjoy a sizzling gourmet sausage of beef, lamb, pork and summer vegetables for $9 each with all the accompaniments like tomato sauce, mustard, onion, relish, and sauerkraut until sold out.

Thursday 16 February to Thursday April 27 (every Thursdays) from
7pm to 10pm join in for an evening of
Sea Shanties & Folk Songs. You don't need to be able to sing or have shanty experience to enjoy a rollicking singalong of shanties, folk songs, work songs and drinking songs. These spirited songs are easy to learn and newcomers are very welcome. For all inquiries, please message
