While the name of the restaurant may suggest a seafood-focused menu, actually offers fusion cuisine of meat and seafood, their dishes covering both Asian and Western cuisines. In addition to its main menu also offers a few specials for those that desire a bit of variety.

The Scotch steak in the Black Vinegar Infused Steak had a lovely degree of charred flavour. Accompanying the steak was grilled corn and broccolini that still retained a bit of bite and Asian spiced onion jam for those that want to add a bit of spice. While not mentioned in the dish's description, the steak was served on a bed of mashed potatoes that had a delectable buttery taste.



We were delighted by the crispy skin of the Charred Barramundi, which did a good job of setting off the firm and flaky flesh. A generous serving of Asian daikon salad provided a fresh element to the dish. Accompanying the dish was soy bean paste that can be added to the barramundi to add a bit of spiciness.



The size of the chunks of eggplant in the Crispy Fried Eggplant was quite large. The soft flesh was contrasted nicely by the crisp coating. Soy caramel sauce was drizzled over the eggplant and a scattering of sesame seeds prevented the dish from looking boring.



For something on the lighter side, there is the Grilled Zucchini. The slices of zucchini still retained a bit of bite and had lovely charred marks on them. The miso paste topping the zucchini gave it a Japanese flavour.



Aside from being able to order individual dishes, many of their dishes also feature as part of various platters or set menus. The décor of the restaurant gave it a relaxed atmosphere and diners have the pleasure of a great view of the beach.
