Iíve found it; now itís up to you

Come on shake a leg, you've only got three hours to sniff out a great bargain at Scroungers Monster Winter Garage Sale on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

There is plenty of space inside and out of this massive auditorium (wheel chair and pusher friendly), just right for an easy browse, snack from the cafe, sausage sizzle or cappuccino from the gourmet coffee machine.

A feast is waiting for you in the cavernous auditorium at ParaQuad Industries. Scroungers Day Monster Garage Sales occur only three times a year, resulting in a massive selection of goods. You never know what treasure you will dig up.

But wait, there's more

Just across the grassed area, Book Bazaar will be open with a large selection of quality used books. Pop across and take advantage of their July Specials, I doubt that you will see a larger collection of books in one place.

As usual Opportunity Knocks retro and pre-loved clothing store will be open with good quality furniture (maybe an antique or two), white goods, household items, toys and bric-a-brac at bargain prices.

Situated inside the auditorium, a Cafe caters for all your coffee, snacks, pies, cakes and soft drinks, a great place to take a breather.

Gourmet coffee and sausage sizzle

A huge bonus on a cold winters' day, will be a gourmet coffee machine kindly donated by Nick Sapiens from Direct Coffee Supplies, situated outside right next to the sausage sizzle.

Nothing beats feet on the ground

No virtual shopping here, real scroungers know the only way to source a real bargain is to have their feet firmly planted on the ground. Secondhand and NEW clothes, shoes, handbags and coats in various styles and sizes. Take advantage of the huge selection of children's toys, office furniture and everything in between.

You will find a massive range of good quality furniture, kitchenware, bric-a-brac white elephant, board games, collectables, camping gear, sporting goods, DVDs, books, white goods, household items and toys, all priced to sell, so hundreds of bargains to be had. The goods on display all being donations received either through ParaQuad's network of charity bins situated throughout the Perth Metropolitan area or through their on-site donation point.

A trailer load of volunteers to help point the way

Around 65 volunteers will be available to help you during the sale with all money raised going to the registered charity, Spine & Limb Foundation of which ParaQuad Industries is a division. ParaQuad Industries is an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) their mission being to provide employment and vocational educational opportunities to about 145 people with a broad range of disabilities, both physical and intellectual. Volunteers are welcome to help set up or run the Scroungers sale. Please call (08) 9381 0195 if you would like to help.

Free parking

Bring a trailer or the 'Ute' and take advantage of the convenient FREE PARKING and public toilets; with only three hours to score a full load, every moment counts.

Banners flag the way

Large banners strategically positioned on Selby Street a week before the event make sure even the Google map reliant driver will not miss the turn off.

When arriving at 10 Selby Street, turn off into a little (privately owned, by Spine & Limb Foundation) road called Ellis Griffiths Avenue. The ParaQuad building is about 300m along Ellis Griffiths Avenue. This will be easy enough to find for a good scrounger.
