A wholesome, healthy breakfast - from two ingredients
For a quick, healthy breakfast which won't even require you to turn on an oven, try this recipe for the easiest ever scrambled eggs.

This recipe contains less fat than if made with the traditional method, using a frying pan with oil and/or butter.

Quite simply, all you need, are these:

All you need...
The most basic ingredients.

Equipment-wise, you just need a microwave, a fork and a microwaveable bowl.

Firstly, break both eggs into the bowl, add a little milk and beat them together.

Next, simply heat the mixture in 30-second blasts on a low to medium heat in the microwave, beating the mixture at every 30-second interval.

When the entire mixture is cooked through (this should be indicated by the lack of sticky residue from raw eggs on the bowl) it should be fluffy.

It really is as simple as that!

Enjoy on toast, in a baked potato, or with bacon.

You should try mixing in some cherry tomatoes or a little bit of smoked salmon. Delish.
