If you love a challenge and enjoy word games, join these Scrabble groups for a social, fun and friendly competition. Whether you have a passion for the game or are just starting out, get your game on and you’ll find words like za and queue’ can pull a punch on the board.

Come and meet some new people for a friendly and welcoming game. Beginners or more experienced players are welcome Boards are provided so no need to bring your own. All are welcome, although children are required to have parent or guardian supervision.


Port Adelaide Public Library (2-4 Church Street, Port Adelaide), every Monday, starting from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Book here .

Sachiez Kitchen (295 Anzac Highway, Plympton) every Monday and run by Daniel, from 5.45 pm to 8.15 pm. Book here .

Mitcham Memorial Library (154 Belair Road, Hawthorn), on third Saturdays, from 1 pm to 3.30 pm. Book here .
