Known around town as the "school of food and fun", Scoffed Cooking School is all about getting stuck in, having fun in the kitchen, making yummy food from scratch and learning delicious new skills.

Scoffed runs entertaining and social cooking classes and parties for adults and kids from their Magill Road, St Morris location. They even hold school holiday programs and corporate events such as cooking competitions.

Regular adult classes are suitable for everyone - from the 'virgin' foodie to the gourmet cook. Try out new cuisines and wines at a 'Scoffed and Quaffed' class, or add some oomph to your weeknight meals at their Wednesday night 'Hump Day' classes.
Kids aged 5 and above can learn recipes from around the world, whether they just want to have some fun or aspire to be the next Masterchef.

BBQ Guru Cooking Classes
Scoffed recently launched their BBQ Guru Cooking Classes on Monday 11 December and will be helping people take their BBQing skills to the next level from February 2018.
If you've ever wanted to learn all about smoking, indirect vs direct cooking, types of fuel, rubs and marinades, carving and trimming, and even which cuts of meat (and types of seafood) to choose, this class is for you.

"Scoffed is about making cooking from scratch fun and accessible," says owner Nadine Silverberg. "This new series will help people lift the lid on the nuances of Australia's favourite backyard pastime."

Scoff Something Wild" Native Ingredients Classes
This new series will help you find out why native ingredients are seen as the future of Australian cuisine. Run in partnership
with Adelaide Central Market's
Something Wild, you can try your hand at fresh barramundi seared in pepperleaf, kangaroo fillets rolled in roasted & ground wattleseed, native carrots with muntrie jus and karkalla, or rosella flower pavlova.

Classes include hand-picked local wines with every course, a $25 voucher to use at Something Wild, a special introduction from Something Wild on how ingredients are harvested and their traditional uses, and expert guidance from head chef Lachlan Mackinnon (formerly of Windy Point and Red Ochre).
