You will find free activities, coding workshops, discos, petting zoos, magic shows and much more. Your kids won't have time to tell you that they're bored - they will be too busy asking what you what will be doing next!
Saturday, 13th April
Fish Feeding at d'Albora Marinas at Nelson Bay is a free daily event for all ages at 10:30am. Even if you don't manage to catch the 10:30am feed, you can view a wide array of fish in the clear, protected waters all day long. See

Seaside Scavange will be held at Robinson Reserve at Anna Bay, with live music, markets and an environmental message. Kids and adults will enjoy collecting rubbish from the local reserve and waterways and then trading them in for "currency" to spend at the markets. All the items at the markets have been donated by the local community and includes pre-loved clothes, toys and more. See

Tomaree Aquatic Centre will be opening their waterslide for the school holidays, between 12pm - 3pm each day. Each ride costs $1.50, plus the cost of entry. See

Nelson Bay Splash Park is a temporary inflatable water park, located in the calm waters of Nelson Bay. It costs $15 for 1 hour of play. Please note that all children aged 6-9 years must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or older. After your visit, take a swim at
Little Nelson Bay next to the activity zone. See

Sunday, 14th April
Youth Week: 2019 Skate & Scooter Comp will be held at Fly Point Park at Nelson Bay, between 9am - 3pm. If you would like to enter the competition it costs $3, otherwise go and enjoy the competition, jumping castle, market stalls, demonstrations and giveaways. See

Soldiers Point Bowling Club will be having free Kids Discos each Sunday in the school holidays, between 5pm - 8pm. See

Shoal Bay Country Club will be hosting free kids activities throughout the school holidays. On Sunday, 14th April there will be a Magic Show and activities between 12pm - 2pm. See

Monday, 15th April
Goal Soccer Academy will have a soccer workshop between 9:45am - 11:15am, at a cost of $25. This workshop will be held at Bill Strong Oval in Nelson Bay and is suitable for ages 6-7. See

Tuesday, 16th April
Nelson Bay Tennis Club will be having school holiday lessons between 16th - 18th April, for kids aged 7 - 17. See

Wednesday, 17th April
Tomaree Library will have a children's activity to make Magical Snow Globes, at a cost of $5 per child. This activity is suitable for ages 7 - 12. See

Thursday, 18th April
Tomaree Library will be having a Drop In Board Games afternoon between 2pm - 4pm. There will be free popcorn! See

Sacred Tree Markets will be held along the Nelson Bay Foreshore between 10am - 3pm. There will be kid's activities, markets, food trucks and more. See
