The Embroiderers Guild of Queensland is hosting a special one-day only Young Embroiderers class on Tuesday, 14 April 2015.

If your child has a knack for crafts, or is deft with their fingers, this class is perfect for them. They'll get the chance to meet other children with similar interests, and learn new embroidery skills along the way.



This class is designed for children between the ages of six and 16. They will be accompanied by experienced embroiderers, acting as tutors as they work on different projects during the five hour session. All materials will be provided, and a lunch is included in the $35 class price.

Young embroiderers above the age of eight are also invited to attend regular stitching days, held on Saturdays, for the opportunity to practise and hone their skills. They will be working on their own projects, under the guidance and support of an experienced embroiderers.
