It's time to get off the couch and into the fresh air
Here's the opportunity for your kids to enjoy two of Adelaide's purpose-built mountain bike trails over the July 2017 school holidays. Head for the Hills is running school holiday mountain biking programs at both Craigburn Farm in the south and Cobbler Creek in the north on Tuesday the 18th and Thursday the 20th respectively.

These programs are the perfect opportunity for beginners aged between 11 and 14 years old. Before the adventure begins, each program will kick off with a skills session which teaches the basics of mountain biking. Accredited coaches will lead and guide your kids around the trail. Bikes and helmets will also be supplied. The cost is $75 and bookings can be made online via its website.

So, it's time to get off the couch and into the fresh air.
