This September, Brisbane Drama Studio is presenting a unique school holiday program for children in Grade 1 to Grade 7.
In a fun and social environment, children are invited to enjoy a series of interactive performing arts workshops focusing on drama, movement and art & craft.
All children are welcome to participate in the week-long workshop series, no previous experience is necessary.
This is a great school holiday activity if your child enjoys performing arts and not only will they learn new skills, they will also develop a newfound confidence and achieve a sense of accomplishment.
The workshops are facilitated by Jenine and Rebecca, who have been friends and colleagues since they met at dancing class in Townsville two decades ago. Jenine is a qualified and experienced dance teacher who is currently working in the health system and Rebecca is an actor and facilitator in Brisbane.
The workshops will run from the 19th to 23rd of September and conclude with a special performance for family and friends. Children will be sure to love the opportunity to show what they have learned and experience what it is like to perform in front of a live audience.
