Interesting family business becomes successful franchise

The Schnitz Cafe is located next door to the Hog's Breath Cafe in the Woodgrove Shopping Center. The ordering process is a little complicated for first time customers, so I'll explain it:

1. Choose what style you want and whether you want it in a wrap or toasted roll

2. Choose your filling whether it's chicken, beef, fish or vegetarian

3. Choose whether you just want the wrap (by itself) or you'd like it in a meal (chips and a drink).

Meal:
Basic Instinct Wrap = $09.50
Small Combo = 5.50
Total = $15.00

Benefits:
It has a decently sized sit-down area
The Schnitz located at the Woodgrove Shopping Center is open until 9pm
Schnitz Chips are decent steak-house (thick cut) chips

Problems:
Most of the table arrangements are for groups, it's difficult to find a table just for two people
Dipping sauce or condiments are an extra instead of a standard
Personally, while the food is of good quality, I feel that the meals are overpriced

Other:
Schnitz Menu available online
* Allergen Information Sheet available
