Event: -
The Scenic Rim is built on the back of farmers and agricultural produce. For one week in June/July, you have the opportunity to experience the best of the area.

Featuring a plethora of free or low cost events across the region, there is something for everyone to enjoy from cooking classes, markets and festivals, children's activities, local produce, farm tours and lots of local food and wine culminating with the signature event of the Winter Harvest Festival on 5th July at Aratula.

On the website you will find a downloadable program of the events of the week.
Events include breakfasts, tastings, tours and even the opportunity to visit the Scenic Rim 4 Real robotic dairy. If bush tucker is more your thing, the organisers have that covered also.

Hop on over to the website and download your program and plan your weekend.

There are many local accommodation options should you wish to extend your visit for more than a day.

Plan to include the Winter Harvest Festival at Aratula in your itinerary and enjoy what has become a major event. This year, TV chef Alistair McLeod joins the fun with demonstrations of cooking with local produce. The Winter Harvest Festival is held at the Aratula Community Sports Complex, Carter Road, Aratula. Tickets are $10 for adults and children under 12 Free.

More information on events can be obtained from the website or by calling 5540 5111.
