It's party time down on the farm! On Saturday, June 28th the Scenic Rim Robotic Dairy will be throwing a birthday party to celebrate 4REAL milk's first birthday. Farmer Gregie, his family and hard working team would like to invite everyone to come along and join in the fun.

The farm gate will be open from 9am - 4pm and the plans for a fun day of celebrations are coming along very nicely. There'll be live entertainment with Harmony and other bands will also be taking the stage. A hay bale maze should keep the littlies busy for a while and when they finally find their way out to Mum and Dad, they will be able to visit and pat some cute little calves. A jumping castle should just about wear them out and build up a healthy appetite.



Food and coffee vans will be ready with burgers, sandwiches, hot chips, coffee, cakes and biscuits. And of course milkshakes, made on 4REAL milk!



Milk and cheese tasting will be available and Farmer Gregie will be running tours of the dairy at 10.30am and 2pm. Following these tours you will be able to view the milk bottling process. Milk and cheese will be on sale and the big news is that two new cheeses will be launched at the party - cloth bound Cheddar and Red Leicester.

Parking will be available on the farm and although entry is free, a gold coin donation would be very much appreciated. All proceeds from the day will be going to a cause very close to Farmer Gregie's heart - Beyond Blue.

It's worth noting that the Farm Gate Festival is also on the same day, just a 20 minute drive from the Scenic Rim Robotic Dairy, down a pretty country road in the Lost World. Why not make a REAL day of it and return home with all sorts of goodies from this wonderful region?



So pack the family into the car and take a drive to the beautiful Scenic Rim Region and let the kids see where their food and MILK come from - 4REAL! Let's show our support for these great farmers who work hard to put fresh food and MILK on our tables. Don't forget the esky to take home some of the delicious goodies being produced at the Scenic Rim Robotic Dairy and surrounding farms.
