The premier food festival famous for bringing Michelin-starred chefs to cook alongside home-grown talents expands into three editions this year. SAVOUR Gourmet will take place from 12 to 15 May at Bayfront Avenue, followed by SAVOUR WINE on 8-11 September, and SAVOUR Christmas on 17-20 November.

Vote for your favorite chef to win Martell Projects: Chef Martell Projects: Chef searches for its first young Ambassador Chef who creates original haute cuisine best paired with Martell Cordon Bleu. Three finalists selected at SAVOUR Gourmet and SAVOUR Wine will compete against international guest chefs in SAVOUR Christmas.
Some of participating chefs are: Allen Tan (Saveur Art), Jonathan Lee (Artichoke), Michael Yeong (Lower East Side), Ronald Li (Salt Tapas and Bar), Tommy Kim (CATO), and William Bai (Buona Terra). Each is under tutelage of the chef mentors.
