Get your pre-loved clothing at this huge jumble sale

Save the Children have about 17 opportunity shops throughout the metropolitan area, as well as a few second-hand books shops.

They are renown for their two large book sales which they have held every year for many years now, and they are now having a 'Giant Jumble Sale'.

Around Christmas and in the New Year, while a lot of people are on holidays, many thousands of people go through their wardrobes and houses and de-clutter!

Because of this, donations at this time of year are prolific, and therefore, from all these shops in Perth, Save the Children is having a ginormous Jumble Sale where you can pick up some great bargains.

There will be second-hand goods of all descriptions, and included in these goods will be the following:

Good quality pre-loved ladies clothing
Children's clothing
Good quality pre-loved men's clothing

This Jumble Sale will start on Friday 2nd February and go through until Sunday 4th February, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on Sunday. It will be held at the Manning Hall, 2 Conochie Crescent in Manning.

There will be great bargains, and of course, you can know that your money is going to a good cause.

Save the Children is an International organisation who also work locally both in Perth and over Western Australia, as well as all other Australian States. You will often see them on the news when a disaster strikes anywhere in the world. Save the Children are always one of the first on hand to help with displaced and needy children who have nowhere else to turn.

They have set programmes throughout Australia and you can read more about their work at their website. They also assist in disadvantaged areas and ensure children get proper schooling and are fed, as this is a problem in many places throughout the world nowadays.

All their shops are staffed purely by volunteers with no pay being given to any of these volunteers. This ensures that the children are the ones to benefit more from these fabulous shopping outlets.

At the Jumble Sale, all clothing will be $3 (apart from designer clothes), which is a great bargain, as they normally sell anywhere up to about $15.

So, make sure you note the dates, so you can come and grab a bargain while helping children in need, as well as finding some wonderful treasures at a great price.

You are sure to find something that is clean, attractive, and with the large variety, it would be a good idea to bring the whole family. Why pay hundreds of dollars for clothing when you can pick up pre-loved, clean bargains at this Jumble Sale!
