Common Man South Wharf is presenting a series of interactive Sausage Making Masterclass this Spring.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn the secrets of sausage making with Head Chef Lorenzo Casu!
Hosted at Common Lawn at Common Man South Wharf, this beginner's masterclass will be held from 10am on selected Saturdays (plus there will be a special Father's Day event!).
Over two fun-filled hours, Head Chef Lorenzo Casu will teach you everything you need to know about home-made sausages, from which cuts of pork to use, to how to make your own preservatives and how to create gluten-free sausages. Best of all, everyone will receive a handy recipe card with instructions, plus their delicious sausages to take home!
At the conclusion of the masterclass, you can join your fellow foodies for a gourmet sausage and beer lunch and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Yarra river and city skyline before heading home with all your handmade goodies!
This masterclass is suitable for beginners with no previous experience and all required materials are supplied. Simply bring a container and cooler bag to transport your freshly made sausages home and let Common Man take care of everything else.
The participation cost is $89 per person and course notes, a chef's apron and all required equipment is supplied.
