I stayed at the the Meranti Chalet. It's a really nice chalet, very clean and neat, up on a small hill by the river. There's a barbecue pit beside the house, so we had fun barbecuing that night. The BBQ pit was a bit wet though, because it rained that afternoon we arrived, so do bring your own charcoal. The beds and pillows are really clean too, surprisingly. Do expect some insects and lizards though, so bring some insect spray and mosquito repellent.
They have two toilets, one for showers and one for the toilet itself. There is a double decker bed, a queen sized bed and a daybed, but you can always ask for more mattresses, like I did. The mattresses are not very thick, and they do not provide blankets, so bring extra pillows and blankets, because it does get a little chilly at night. There is a huge field in front of the villa, plenty of space for a wedding/family gathering/team building but as for me, I had fun just running and playing there.
There is a TV with Astro, we even watched Sophia The First that night. Phone lines are weak, but okay. There are convenience stores and small restaurants just 10 minutes drive from here.
The river is really clean, and there are pretty fishes and dragonflies everywhere! The river is so clean that you can see the little fish swimming and hiding in the little plants beside the river, and the dragonflies are so colourful and they are everywhere.
I highly recommend the place for weekend getaways, and don't forget to go horseback riding while you're there. Though horseback riding is not an activity associated with the Saujana Janda Baik itself, the person in charge of the horseback riding is very responsible, so don't worry.
They also have catering there, so you don't have to cook your own meals and stuff, but my family and I decided to bring our own food, so we could have a little cook-off.
