It was all over the news and there's stacks of recipes for it on the internet, and when my friend told me about it last week with a list of ingredients, I decided to try it for myself.

I decided the try the new trend out for myself, and was pleasantly surprised!

As I added the ingredients, I started to doubt my friend's reccomendations- mint and cucumber, and lemon? Eeek! It wasn't looking so good at first. However to my surprise, this morning, I gulped down my first glass and instantly, I felt as refreshed as if I had just dived into the swimming pool. A cool sensation tickled my skin and the cucumber taste reminded me of Summer.

It really does taste sensational and wanted to share it with girls who want to feel refreshed and fabulous. And I'm sure you'll thank me following a long weekend and plenty of Easter Eggs because not only does this glitzy water taste great, it's great for you relieving bloating and cleansing your poor liver.

You need a fresh lemon, sliced thinly, along with a cucumber. Slice the cucumber and add lemon and cucumber slices to two litres of water. Grate yourself a teaspoon of ginger and crunch together some mint leaves. Around ten leaves is good, and leave your jug of water in the refrigerator overnight.

I didn't need my morning coffee as I continued to scull glass after glass of the huge new trend, Sassy Water. I made my jug of the stuff to help out my poor tummy that has been a little neglected lately, but now I think I will always have it in my fridge. It tastes much better than your regular water and drinking the recommended eight glasses a day won't seem so bad. And it looks so pretty too. I only wish I had come across Sassy Water during Summer when hosting a barbeque with friends.
