Cutting edge fashion is on show this September in Sydney. Annandale is the place to be on Wednesday 21st from 7pm to 10pm to experience a fashion tech-stravaganza of wearable art. Fashionistas, artists, designers, students, innovators ... anyone interested in the next big thing with digital technology, fashion and wearable art should attend.
This inaugural fundraiser is a pop-up next to Wayward Brewery and the evening will prove to be a kaleidoscope of sound, light, art and fashion as the wearable garments are modelled by burlesque performers and models. Be there to experience these art pieces as they are paraded through the crowd. This is an interactive event with 'Purple Moustacho' providing striking aesthetics with their surreal artwork as well.
Internationally renowned and awarded wearable art designer, Erica Gray says, "Technology provides the basis for new ways of making, new ways of using material, new forms of creating material and ultimately new fields of expression."
Giorgia Gakas, dLux curator added, "We see tech-wearables as the next big thing that will become accessible and available to fashion and tech savvy consumers and we want to create a spectacle around it."
This is a Sydney Fringe spectacle you can witness and be a part of on the 21st of September so be quick and book your tickets here.
